really great experience!
spacious bungalow complete gym needed equipment
i loved the spacious bungalow. it had lots of room for my needs. the gym was really complete! i found all the equipment i needed.
the soft drinks from the pool bar were variable, too weak, too strong or no fizz. they served it in paper cups with no ice for self serve. also, the fruit juices in the same location were very watery! but the pool bar staff were very helpful! and very pleasing

This apartment allowed my family to stay together comfortably. I found the grounds well kept and clean. The room I had was basic yet clean. The staff members were genuinely nice and always ready to assist.
The air conditioning unit worked only in one of the bedrooms within my two-bedroom bungalow.

friendly staff helpful staff bungalow size buffet options damp towel old towel air conditioning unit inconsistent cleanliness
the staff was really friendly and helpful! the size of the bungalow was excellent, and the pool was great too. the buffet options were excellent, offering a wide variety.
The towels are old and had a damp smell to them. That was not pleasant. the air conditioning unit in my two-bedroom bungalow only cooled one bedroom, made sleeping uncomfortable. the cleanliness was not consistent, the cleaners made the beds and changed the towels, but they didn't wipe down surfaces or clean the bathroom properly.

The grounds are maintained well. The gardens are tidy and appealing.
The food selection was not the best. I found the hot food lukewarm most of the time. The food also lacked flavor (it was quite bland).

friendly staff helpful reception clean rooms
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to book excursions from reception. The hotel keeps all areas clean and the rooms get cleaned daily. It is also only a 10-minute walk into town (which is perfect for an evening stroll).
The towels are brown. (I would have preferred white ones!).

filthy restaurant stale food
The cleanliness of the communal areas are not up to my standards. The restaurant were filthy. Food are left out for prolonged periods looking dry and stale. Tables are not cleaned between guests. I saw no staff supervision.
